About Schlüter Automation und Sensorik
Schlüter Automation und Sensorik GmbH develops and manufactures industrial sensors for applications where standard solutions reach their limits. The product range includes optical sensors (photoelectric sensors, through-beam, retro-reflective, fork and frame light barriers, fibre optics, laser distance sensors, safety light curtains), inductive sensors in designs from Ø 3 mm to M80, capacitive sensors and amplifiers, magnetic field switches as well as sensors for the food industry (IP69k, stainless steel). A key focus is temperature-resistant high-temperature sensors with operating temperatures of up to over +250 °C for the steel and metal industry, foundries, furnace and plant engineering as well as conveying technology. In addition to its standard range, the company develops custom sensor solutions to customer specifications, even in small quantities, and supports customers with consulting and integration. The company also distributes linear axis systems, SCARA robots and tabletop robots from IAI. Housings and active faces are made from stainless steel 1.4301, anodised aluminium and engineering plastics such as PTFE, PE and polycarbonate. The company is based in Todtnau in the Black Forest.
