The Schmeckthal Gruppe is a family-owned group of companies held by the Schmeckthal family, with a history spanning more than fifty years and more than twenty employees at two locations in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse. The group sees itself not only as a technical distributor for rolling bearing and drive technology, occupational safety and industrial supplies, but as a technical partner and service provider for production, maintenance and workshop operations. The range comprises more than 200,000 stock-kept items in a storage capacity of over 180,000 m², including rolling bearing technology, linear technology, drive technology, machine monitoring (condition monitoring), sealing technology, lubricant technology, hose technology, occupational safety and industrial supplies. The group is a distribution partner of established manufacturers such as FAG/SCHAEFFLER, HENKEL/LOCTITE and ELTEN. In addition to its product business, it offers services such as technical support with sizing calculations and service life calculations, tool service including rental service, process optimization around Industry 4.0, training, stockpiling and logistics optimization as well as a 24h emergency service.
