Schmidt Elektroanlagenbau GmbH is a family-owned company from Domsühl in Mecklenburg, near Parchim, founded in 1992 by master electrician Gerd-Peter Schmidt and today run by the second generation, Mirko Schmidt. The company plans and installs electrical systems of every type and scale – from small repairs to complex, networked industrial installations. Its range of services includes electrical installations for new builds and renovations, industrial controls and PLC technology, intelligent building technology with KNX, radio bus and smart home, security technology such as intruder and fire alarm systems as well as video surveillance, lighting systems including industrial and safety lighting, communication and network technology, plus maintenance and service. As a certified specialist company, Schmidt Elektroanlagenbau GmbH carries out E-Checks in accordance with DGUV V3, maintains solar parks with switching authorization up to 20 kV and installs e-mobility charging stations. The 19-strong team of 16 professionals and 3 apprentices serves private, commercial, agricultural and public-sector customers in Parchim, Schwerin, northern Germany and beyond.
