About Schmidt, Ley + Wiegandt
Schmidt, Ley + Wiegandt is a full-service provider for high-quality print production with locations in Lünen (Ruhr area) and Wuppertal (Bergisches Land). On 1 July 2020, the Schmidt printing company from Lünen and the Ley + Wiegandt printing house from Wuppertal merged to form Schmidt, Ley + Wiegandt GmbH + Co. KG. Around 80 employees produce advertising and commercial printed matter, books, magazines, calendars, packaging and annual reports in digital, offset and screen printing on FSC®-certified paper and board substrates. The range of services includes consulting and development with test prints and sample production, in-house prepress from data intake to printing plate, in-house finishing, processing and assembly, lettershop with address maintenance and postage optimisation, as well as warehousing, logistics and shipping services including web-to-print shops and web portals for warehousing services. Production is climate-neutral and regional, with customers among others from banking, construction, foundations, mechanical engineering, automotive and culture.
