About Schmocker AG
Schmocker AG, based in Interlaken, has been a Swiss manufacturer of customised catering facilities since 1971. The company manufactures commercial kitchens, large-scale kitchens, self-service systems, bar fittings and hospital facilities in its own workshop, primarily from stainless chromium-nickel steel 18/10 (material 1.4301), combined with stone/cast stone, glass, wood and granite. In its CNS hygiene programme, floors and walls are welded without joints, formed bowl-shaped with radii and produced in hygienic versions H1/H2 in accordance with DIN 18865. In addition to in-house manufacturing, Schmocker AG offers project, installation and execution planning at a scale of 1:20 including plumbing, electrical and refrigeration connections, as well as assembly, a 15-year warranty and a repair service. Its customers include hotels, catering businesses, hospitals, care homes, staff restaurants, schools, public institutions and industry throughout Switzerland, with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland.
