Why we do what we do
Schnabl Stecktechnik develops, produces under contract manufacturing and distributes fastening systems for electrical installation as well as plumbing, heating and air conditioning installation. The patented Schnabl principle with eccentric spreader element replaces anchors and screws: a single 6-mm drill hole suffices for all clamps, installation is tool-free, and pull-out forces up to 40 kg are certified. The product range comprises around 240 products with 60,000 combination options – pipe clamps (EC Euro-Clip, FC Flexi-Clip), push-in clamps (ESS, DSS, DSA), flush-mounted clamps (USA/USE/USD), collector holders SH for up to 30 cables, cable holders for powder-actuated tools (KBS, SC), insulation holders (DHI) as well as metal fixings MDSN and MND for functional integrity in accordance with DIN 4102-12. The plastic parts made of halogen-free, UV-stabilized PP and PA 6 are tested by KEMA, TÜV and the Institute of Plastics Technology; production takes place in Austria. Customers are electrical installers and plumbing/HVAC installers worldwide, including project references such as Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Headquarters, development and sales are located in St. Pölten, the German sales subsidiary in Freilassing.
