About Schnaidt

Schnaidt GmbH is a manufacturer of production aids as well as test and automation technology for electronics production based in Ammerbuch-Altingen (Baden-Württemberg). Founded in 1989 in Herrenberg, the company produces solder frames for the wave soldering process, workpiece carriers and the modular matrix system for depaneling, roller cutters (Schnaidt Cut), coating carriers, paste print supports for the SMD printing process, as well as the modular test adapters ProKit Base and ProKit Slide. Products are made from CDM® ESD glass-fiber composite material, dimensionally stable hard-coated aluminium, stainless steel and titanium; cutting of CDM® ESD composite material is carried out in-house. Solder frames achieve an outer frame accuracy of up to 0.2 mm and flatness of the tie-rod system of up to 0.05 mm. Customers come from telecommunications, medical and energy technology, the automotive and aviation industries, as well as from assembly service providers. With more than 70 employees, annual revenue of more than €10 million, over 50,000 delivered products and around 10 European sales offices, Schnaidt supplies customers in Germany, Europe and worldwide.
