About Schnebelt Präzision
Schnebelt Präzision KG from Schutterwald near Offenburg was founded in 1985 by Rolf Schnebelt as a resharpening operation for HSS circular saw blades. Today, the family-owned company manufactures and reconditions cutting tools: custom milling, drilling and combination tools made of HSS and solid carbide (VHM), as well as standard tools such as solid carbide end mills, band saws and precision circular saw blades. The service portfolio also includes the resharpening of shank tools and saw tools including a pick-up and delivery service, as well as tool coatings. Production takes place on six 5-axis tool grinding machines from Anca, partially automated with loaders, achieving tolerances in the micrometer range. A central system from KNOLL Maschinenbau with pre-filtration, fine filtration and chip processing ensures constantly tempered oil and clean material separation during mixed machining of HSS and carbide.
