About Schneider Fördertechnik

Schneider Fördertechnik GmbH is a German manufacturer of machines and systems for the processing of root and tuber vegetables, focusing on potatoes, carrots, onions, celeriac, beetroot and pickling cucumbers. The company was founded in 1975 in Ravensburg and began manufacturing its own machines in 1979. Today, the GmbH plans, manufactures and assembles complete processing lines at its site in Villingendorf, Baden-Württemberg, on a 7000 m² factory premises, covering everything from receiving to packaging. The product range includes brush machines for dry cleaning, spray, bath and combination washing machines, the patented potato polishing machine as a flat-bed polisher, de-stoners, stone separators, roller dryers, sorting machines, hopper and conveying technology as well as water treatment systems. Product-contacting components are predominantly made of stainless steel; washing drums are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. In addition to customer-specific system planning, the company also offers standardized solutions and, on request, integrates machines from other manufacturers into existing systems. Service, maintenance, spare parts supply and commissioning by fitters in southern and northern Germany complete the range of services.
