Schneider Folien GmbH, based in Cologne, is a film manufacturer and part of the EBK Group. Over a history of more than 30 years, the company has developed into one of the major film manufacturers in Europe and supplies renowned domestic and international customers. It produces mono and co-ex films in a wide range of dimensions and thicknesses from raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, MLLDPE and PP. The production focuses are food packaging, for example for boil-in-the-bag rice and cereals, as well as laminating films, sealing films, peel films, films for the medical sector and high-strength films such as tear tape films. Since the relocation of its headquarters a few years ago, production has taken place at the new Cologne plant in modern buildings with environmentally oriented operations and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The company is certified according to ISO 9002:2008 as well as the GKV Code of Conduct and offers its customers advice on packaging solutions.
