Schneider & Gemsa GmbH is a family-run system supplier for industrial contract manufacturing headquartered in Iffezheim (Baden-Württemberg). Founded in 1987, the company was originally established as an extended workbench of Robert Bosch GmbH and today manufactures cable assemblies, modules, DC and small electric motors, electromotive couplings, mirror adjustment drives as well as devices and apparatus – from manual to fully automated production to automotive standards. Since 2024, with the acquisition of the Schatz Group, stamping technology, plastics technology as well as tool and mould making have also been part of the portfolio; additionally, jig and fixture construction, operating equipment, gauges and test equipment construction as well as pre-development are offered. Manufacturing includes, among other things, machining of aluminium housings and series assembly. The international production network with locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and the Republic of Moldova is managed under German leadership and supplies the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, building services and medical technology sectors. With more than 300 employees, Schneider & Gemsa is considered a certified A-supplier to numerous automotive and industrial companies.
