About us
Schneider Präzisionstechnik GmbH is an owner-managed company founded in 1992 and based in Schöntal-Bieringen, which manufactures complex precision parts as contract work as well as its own developments and proprietary products. Its range of services includes CNC turning in chuck and bar machining, 5-axis simultaneous milling up to impellers, inducers and turbine wheels, high-speed plate machining of non-ferrous metals and plastics, 3D printing from ABS, and the assembly of electromechanical assemblies including the procurement of purchased and standard parts. This is complemented by CAD/CAM design, NC programming as well as machine, fixture and special machine construction; surface finishing and heat treatment are procured via a supplier network. Production is carried out from all machinable materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper alloys, titanium, Inconel, Monel, Haynes 25 and plastics. Customers come from aerospace, research, motorsport, the watch industry and valve technology. Production runs from 1 piece up to series; the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Materials & Processes
Steel
Standard material for turned and milled parts in chuck and bar machining.
Stainless steel
Used, for example, for valve bodies on 5-axis machining centres.
Aluminium
High-strength aluminium, e.g. for hubs in motorsport racing use.
Brass
E.g. for connector prototypes on 5-axis machining centres.
Copper alloys
Machined by turning and milling.
Titanium
Regularly machined material for demanding precision parts.
Inconel 600
Nickel alloy for highly stressed components.
Inconel 625
Nickel alloy for highly stressed components.
Inconel 718
Nickel alloy for highly stressed components.
Monel
Regularly machined nickel-copper alloy.
Haynes 25
High-temperature-resistant material for demanding applications.
Plastics
Plate machining of large, flat plastic components; 3D printing from ABS.
