Schneiders Profichemie GmbH & Co. KG is a developer and manufacturer of cleaning agents focusing on microbiological, i.e. probiotic, cleaning. The main active ingredients are non-pathogenic microorganisms (risk class 1) as well as enzymes and surfactants, which break down organic residues—the cause of odors—deep into the pores and without leaving residue. Products are manufactured and labeled as liquid concentrates and ready-to-use solutions as well as private-label products for trading companies. Customers include municipalities, building and facility cleaning, gastronomy and hotel industry, elderly and senior care, the pet industry, automotive and transport, and wastewater treatment plants. Production, warehouse, shipping and customer service are bundled at the Ilsfeld site; a shipping center has been operating there since 2018 and the company's own photovoltaic system since 2022. In addition to Germany, the family-owned company also supplies the EU including Switzerland and operates a factory outlet.
