About Schnittpunkt GmbH Laserschneidtechnik
Schnittpunkt GmbH Laserschneidtechnik is a company specializing in sheet metal processing and manufactures sheet metal parts for all kinds of applications – from small parts with diameters of just a few millimeters and sheet thicknesses from 0.2 mm up to heavy sheets with a thickness of 150 mm. The service portfolio includes laser cutting, flame cutting, bending up to 8 m length, welding using various processes as well as downstream processing steps such as straightening, pressing, roll bending, grinding, blasting and deburring. Surface finishing such as electroplating, KTL and powder coating is carried out with proven partners. Production takes place in single, small, medium and large series of several 100,000 pieces. Around 140 employees produce in three shifts at the Mainburg site on more than 7600 sqm, of which 7000 sqm is production area, with eight laser cutting systems, two flame cutting systems and ten press brakes. The company was founded in 2000 in Geisenfeld and relocated to the new Mainburg site in May 2025.
