About the Schoer Group
The Schoer Group has been active in the construction and transport sector since 1927. Its service portfolio covers the production and delivery of ready-mixed concrete in strength classes up to C50/60 or C55/67 (LC55/60 or LC60/66), cement-based ready-mixed mortar and screed, hydraulically bound base courses (HGT) as well as the supply of gravel, sand and grit. The group also includes concrete pump rental, a soil and construction rubble landfill, winter services, international transport (trucking) and concrete products. At the concrete and gravel plants in Krems II and Lübeck, cement-bound building materials are produced in batch processes; the Portland cement clinker is processed into ready-mixed concrete, mortar and special mixes. The Lübeck site features transloading facilities with a direct rail connection (unloading of FA and FACS wagons) as well as a quay facility with a water depth of up to 8,50 m for unloading bulk carriers, including interim storage on its own storage yard. The central locations in Bad Segeberg (Krems II) and Lübeck enable the supply of Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Lübeck and adjacent districts in Schleswig-Holstein.
