Following the complete renovation of the factory building, constructed in 1975, in 2020, modern spaces are offered there for corporate events, seminars, conferences, workshops, coaching sessions and trade fairs. The offering includes fully equipped conference rooms with conferencing technology, a professional photo and streaming studio, spaces for hybrid and virtual events, and a bistro lounge. The site also serves as a filming location for TV and advertising productions and can be used for corporate and private celebrations. The offering is complemented by event catering featuring regional and partly vegan products. In 2025, the venue ranked 5th in the BlachReport event location ranking.
