Industrial steel, piping and plant construction from Meppen

Schone & Bruns is a family-owned company from Meppen in the Emsland region, active in industrial steel, piping and plant construction since 1988. The company fabricates steel load-bearing structures for power plant construction, plant engineering and bridge construction, including pipe bridges, railway bridges and footpath and cycle bridges, as well as piping and turnkey production and storage halls. Across more than 25,000 m² of production space at three plants, over 13,500 t of steel are processed annually: from cutting and small-part machining through welding technology and assembly to corrosion coating in the company's own coating centre with a free-blast room and a continuous shot blasting line. On-site assembly is carried out with in-house personnel, including heavy transport with SPMTs and bridge installation using tandem lifts. Customers include Siemens Energy and the British energy company SSE; projects have been realized, among others, in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
