The Schreinerei Erwin Hinterberger in Kastl (district of Altötting) is a specialist workshop for custom interior fittings and construction joinery. The sole proprietorship, founded in 1976, produces woodwork ranging from cladding walls to front doors and interior doors, as well as stairs, windows, balconies, saunas and floors. Further service areas include attic conversions, furniture production for bathrooms, beds, offices, kitchens, wardrobes and corner benches, as well as a repair service. The work is carried out using natural processing of domestic woods with modern woodworking techniques, including a circular saw, planing machine and semi-automatic edge banding machine acquired in 2014. The offering includes consultation and on-site measuring service as well as a computer view of the desired furniture for planning and design. Due to the size of the business, the company specializes in work on single-family and multi-family homes; references include Esterer Gießerei, Fliegl, Claas and Burghauser Wohnbau GmbH. Since 2007, Erwin Hinterberger jun. has been running the parental business in the second generation.
