About Schubert Additive Solutions

Schubert Additive Solutions GmbH (Partbox) offers PARTBOX, an on-demand production solution based on 3D filament printing. Customers replace physical warehouses with a digital warehouse: Certified print jobs (Certified Printing Job, CPJ) are streamed via a closed streaming platform to the PARTBOX printer on site, where they can be produced without any 3D printing know-how via Click & Print. The portfolio includes 3D printers manufactured in Crailsheim (100% made in Germany), engineering services such as portfolio analysis, 3D model creation, redesigns and filament solutions, as well as a license generator for secure parts distribution. The printers are connected via LTE (Plug & Play); data servers are located exclusively in Germany. Customer industries include, among others, the packaging industry, medicine/orthopedics and the confectionery industry; verified customers or projects include pedcad, Siemens (Schubert Additive Solutions) and Electrolux. For traceability, Partbox cooperates with Additive Marking GmbH; for recycling into filament, it cooperates with Recycling Fabrik Braunschweig.
