Embedded HMI systems from a single source
Schubert System Elektronik develops and manufactures custom Human-Machine-Interface systems and embedded computing solutions. The portfolio includes Panel PCs, Touch HMIs, Touch Monitors, Box and Panel IPCs, and tactile sensors for tool monitoring. The approach is holistic: from requirements analysis through system design with display and hardware selection, enclosure concept and interfaces, embedded software development, to prototype construction with validation (functional, EMC and environmental tests such as IP protection ratings, temperature and vibration) and subsequent series production in Germany. The company supports the entire product life cycle, including component management and long-term availability, as well as the integration of remote maintenance and monitoring. HMI-Hygienic-Line systems are IP69-protected, food-safe and resistant to cleaning agents. Customer industries include mechanical engineering and automation, food processing, medical technology, energy and infrastructure, as well as smart home and building technology. Schubert System Elektronik is part of the Schubert Group, with Gerhard Schubert GmbH as the parent company.
