About Schuldt Safety
Schuldt Safety GmbH, based in Büsum, develops, manufactures and markets software, hardware and automotive solutions in the field of road safety. Its core product is the patented nofon driver assistance system: the nofon Anchor is connected to the vehicle's OBD port via Plug & Play and locates the smartphone in the driver's area using UWB, Bluetooth and other methods. If the device is within the driver's reach, the display locks automatically – emergency calls, hands-free calling via the vehicle, navigation, CarPlay and Android Auto remain usable. Delivery includes, in addition to the hardware, an iOS and Android app as well as configuration, commissioning and rollout support for fleets. Target customers are haulage companies, carsharing providers, care and social services, trades and construction, bus services, authorities, insurers and delivery services. In addition, the company offers a room solution for smartphone blocking for exam rooms, classrooms and meetings. The system was developed by founder Michael Schuldt based on the idea of Benno Schuldt and self-financed.
