About us
Schultes Maschinenbau GmbH is a third-generation family-owned company based in Bessenbach near Aschaffenburg and has been manufacturing machine parts since 1964. Its core competence lies in contract manufacturing and machining: CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis simultaneous machining, grinding, wire EDM, deep-hole drilling, welding and engraving – from prototype to small-batch and series production. A key focus is the machining of large parts up to 10 t in weight and 4,500 mm in length on the JUARISTI T3X CNC boring mill. In addition, for more than 15 years the company has exclusively manufactured high-vacuum brazed shell-and-tube heat exchangers for high operating pressures including leak and pressure testing, assembles complex components with electronics, and provides design services in CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM. As a supplement, cast parts are procured through foundry partners, machines for in-house production are traded, and machine liquidations are carried out for leasing companies. Customers include manufacturers from mechanical engineering, energy technology, automotive and commercial catering equipment. Production takes place at two plants in Bessenbach and Goldbach.

Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (certified by DQS). In the climate-controlled measuring room, components are inspected with a 3D coordinate measuring machine and an optical measuring system; a test bench for leak and pressure testing is available for heat exchangers.

Founding of the Schultes metalworking shop by Berthold Schultes on Bahnhofstraße in Goldbach.

Construction of a new production facility in Erlengrund in Goldbach; start of the machine trading business in the 1980s.
