Valve technology from a single source

Schumacher Impuls-Technik GmbH & Co. KG (SIT) has been independently developing, manufacturing and marketing a broad range of 2/2-way and 3/2-way valves, pressure relief valves, accessories and customer-specific special fittings since 1981. Its main field of activity is the production of special valves and complete assemblies, which are developed in close cooperation with customers. Design is carried out 100% in-house; all machining processes are performed at its own plant in Bretzfeld-Schwabbach in the district of Hohenlohe (Baden-Württemberg). Depending on the application, the valves are made from plastic, aluminium, brass or various stainless steel grades (V2A, V4A); in-house coil production enables any connection voltage including special voltages. Application ranges extend from temperature ranges of -200 °C to +200 °C and pressures of 0 to 400 bar up to explosion-proof versions. Customers come from medical technology, industry, robotics, aerospace, plant and mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, measurement and control technology, analytical technology and cryogenic technology.

Quality

Every valve undergoes quality control in which workmanship, performance and leak-tightness are tested – on request up to a helium leak test with test report. Valves whose application cannot be simulated are tested with the customer on site; documentation is provided, among other things, in accordance with 3.1B and FTA.
