Schweikart hightech Holzteile GmbH is a family-run supplier in its second generation, headquartered in Sulz am Neckar. The company produces components and assemblies from wood, wood-based materials and plastics, with CNC machining as its core competence: on nine CNC systems, parts are machined with 3, 4 and 5 interpolating axes, including 360-degree all-around machining without reclamping. The range of services includes cutting to size, 5-axis CNC milling, nesting, edge banding, four-sided planing of profiles, surface and profile sanding, profile wrapping, coating and painting as well as veneer pressing, molded part production and assembly of assemblies. Production ranges from one-off pieces such as models and prototypes to mass-produced parts and complex large-scale series, among others for the furniture industry, musical instrument manufacturing, the packaging and automotive industries, yacht and interior fitting, stage construction and concrete formwork construction. In addition to production, Schweikart provides project planning including development, 3D-CAD/CAM programming, measurement and work preparation.

Solid wood is milled, planed, sanded and processed into molded parts and furniture elements.
Wood-based materials
Panel-shaped wood-based materials form the basis for cutting to size, nesting, CNC milling and edge banding.
Plastics
Plastics are machined on the same CNC systems and processed into plastic parts.
Screen printing panels
Used as a robust carrier material, among other things, in mold and component construction.
Gypsum fiber board
Mineral material used as a carrier material, among other things, for fire protection-related requirements.
Resysta
Wood-look material with high mechanical strength and thermal resistance; does not swell, shrink or gray.
