About Schwill Metall-Technik
Schwill GmbH Metall-Technik has been manufacturing precision metal components since 1979 at the Osterdorf site near Pappenheim in Bavaria. The range of services includes CNC machining with 3-axis and 5-axis milling centers, CNC turning and surface grinding, laser cutting up to 30 mm material thickness, CNC bending, as well as welding structures in WIG and MAG including a Cobot welding cell. The process chain is complemented by surface technology using glass bead and aluminum oxide blasting, painting, and stress relief annealing. From design and technical preparation to the manufacturing and assembly of complete assemblies and complex systems, the company delivers end-to-end for mechanical and plant engineering as well as metal structures. On 3,000 m² of production area in four halls, around 40 employees work with a modern machine park, including a Trumpf laser machine (L3030, 8 kW) put into operation in 2024. Quality is documented comprehensively using 3D-CNC measurement.
