SCHWING Thermal Solutions GmbH was founded in autumn 2021 in Neukirchen-Vluyn on the Lower Rhine as a company of the SCHWING Group and designs simple to highly complex heat treatment systems with process temperatures up to 600 °C — custom-built, needs-based and standards-compliant. The portfolio includes circulating-air industrial furnaces, cooling chambers and their combinations in chamber or continuous-flow designs, including loading and unloading as well as conveying technology. The systems are used for processes such as drying, tempering, hardening, annealing, preheating, solution annealing, stress-relief annealing, ageing, cooling and quenching of metals, plastics and composite materials. The focus is on temperature homogeneity, energy efficiency, heat recovery, exhaust air purification with thermal afterburning and CO2-minimising engineering. In close cooperation with SCHWING Technologies GmbH, holistic thermal process solutions are delivered from a single source, complemented by remote diagnostics, process documentation and training.
