About us

SCS Robotik GmbH is a system integrator based in Schmalkalden that automates manufacturing processes with industrial robots. The service portfolio includes the design and integration of robot systems (Universal Robots, Fruitcore Robotics, Mecademic), complete solutions such as transportable welding cells for MAG and TIG welding, hole-plate loading systems for machine tending, and AI-based bin picking based on Cambrian Robotics. Further offerings include robot-assisted quality control, industrial image processing, pick-and-place applications, grinding and polishing, bonding and dispensing, singulation systems, automated guided vehicle systems (AGVs), and safety technology including CE marking. In-house software developments such as URCaps for Universal Robots controllers complement the integration. Customers come from metal and plastics processing, mechanical engineering, and the electronics and assembly industry. Integration of grippers and suction cups, safety components and testing equipment is carried out across manufacturers according to customer requirements.
