About us
For over 30 years, SCS GmbH Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau has been developing and manufacturing customised tools, fixtures and special-purpose machines for electronics manufacturers and EMS providers. The portfolio includes soldering stencils, universal soldering frames, coating frames, transport trolleys and lifting and transport solutions, storage systems, depanelling fixtures, punching tools for plastics and printed circuit boards, as well as test adapters, inserts and test stations for in-circuit testing. In addition, the company designs and manufactures PLC-controlled special-purpose machines to customer specifications, performs repair welding and offers 3D printing in metal and plastic. Spare parts are manufactured from samples, drawings or models. Mechanical manufacturing is carried out to ISO 9001:2015 with precision and short delivery times. Materials include aluminium, sheet metal and plastic.
