SDGummi develops and supplies custom parts made of rubber and silicone according to drawing, 3D model, sketch or sample – from one-off pieces to series production. Founded in 2019 by Tom Domhoff and based in Neuss on the Rhine, the company defines geometry, hardness and compound together with the customer according to medium, temperature and mechanical stress. The basis is a selection of over 600 raw compounds and sheet materials in twelve elastomer materials plus TPE. Depending on process and quantity, production takes place in-house or in a quality-audited network of compounders and manufacturing partners. Product groups are seals, O-rings, molded parts including rubber-metal bonds, compensators, cuffs/sleeves, profiles and hoses. Customers come from machinery and plant engineering, food and beverage technology, automotive and drive technology, construction and infrastructure, chemistry, research, robotics and hydraulic steel engineering.

Quality & Approvals
All parts undergo incoming and outgoing goods inspection; with a first sample inspection report upon request. Versions with FDA, BfR and EU conformity, fire protection according to DIN EN 45545 HL3 and testing according to DIN 19704-2 are possible.
