Sebapharma GmbH & Co. KG is the manufacturer and sales company of the sebamed brand for medical skin and body care and is one of the leading companies in this segment. The range comprises 168 products – cleansing emulsions, creams, lotions, shampoos, deodorants, sun protection as well as diagnostics and diabetes care products (tensimed, TESTAmed) – all based on the skin-friendly pH value of 5.5, which supports the skin's barrier function and microbiome. Production takes place exclusively in Germany: at the facility built in 2021/22 and GMP-certified in 2023 in Pfalzfeld, as well as at the acquired Norderstedt plant, from which, according to the company, around 80% of production comes. Research and development as well as administration are located at the Bad Salzig (Boppard) headquarters; 400 studies confirm the skin compatibility of the formulations. Through distribution partners on all continents, the products are available in more than 100 countries.

All sebamed products are aligned to the skin's physiologically slightly acidic pH value of 5.5 in order to support barrier function and the skin microbiome.
Soap-Free Surfactants
Soap-free cleansing bars and cleansing emulsions based on surfactants cleanse the skin without destroying its acid mantle.
Urea-Containing Formulations
Urea products from the Dry Skin line provide moisture for extremely dry, flaky skin.
