SECU-CHEK is a German manufacturer of UV-A LED lighting systems and professional tools for non-destructive material testing (NDT) and safety-critical industrial applications. The portfolio includes hand lamps, stationary lamps, splash-proof models, lamps for wafer inspection and custom designs, complemented by penetrant testing lines (Penetrant Lines) in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic versions, optimized electrostatic spray systems for FPI, dryers and ovens, magnetic particle testing equipment (inspection benches, yokes, field indicators) as well as wastewater treatment systems with flocculation units. Based on a flexible modular system, application and electronics technicians in Germany also manufacture and optimize the standard systems of the American partner Spectroline®. The products are characterized by extremely homogeneous illumination, stepless white-light dimming, electronic monitoring of the UV-LEDs during operation and instant operational readiness after switch-on. Fields of application are aviation, semiconductor/wafer inspection, curing of adhesives and paints, forensics, leak detection as well as particle, oil and grease detection.
