SEDA International Packaging Group SpA was founded in 1964 by Salvatore D'Amato and develops and produces paper and board packaging solutions for the Ice Cream, Dairy & Spreads, Food Service and Food Industry sectors. The product range includes cups and lids for hot and cold drinks, soup pots, cartons, clamshells, buckets, salad bowls and double wall cups. Materials processed include SPE- and DPE-coated paper as well as PEFC-certified board, partly with up to 40% post-consumer recycled fibres; in addition to board, lids are available in PS, PET, PLA, Green PE and compostable biopolymers. Finishing processes include matt, gloss and metallic printing, embossing and hot stamping as well as QR coding and labelling for promotional purposes. The company offers compostable packaging solutions and one-stop-shop support from individual design to series production.
