About SEHSTERN OPTIK
SEHSTERN OPTIK is a Swiss specialist store for ophthalmic optics, contact lenses and sports eyewear with locations in Niederglatt (ZH), Berikon (AG) and Bremgarten (AG). Founded in 1991 by Boris Rebsamen, the company carries glasses, children's glasses and sunglasses, optical shooting, sports, diving and safety glasses with corrective lenses as well as contact lenses and care products. In its own atelier, individual spectacle lenses are produced under computer control and mounted into the frame; repairs including laser welding, soldering, colour coating and lens replacement are carried out in-house at short notice. The service offering includes vision tests (including for the road traffic office), contact lens fittings and follow-up checks, eye health screenings with intraocular pressure measurement and the AI-supported retinal screening RetinaLyze, myopia control with MiYOSMART lenses from HOYA as well as a passport and application photo service. The GmbH is managed by the business partners Daniel Christen, Giovanni Greco and Boris Rebsamen.
