About us
Seifenmanufaktur aus Bamberg is a small family business that produces handmade soaps. Production follows the traditional soap-boiling process, in which vegetable fats and oils such as coconut oil and olive oil are converted into soap through saponification. Each soap is designed as a small unique piece with its own fragrance compositions. In addition to classic soaps, since 2021 the company has offered a solid shampoo based on a mild surfactant derived from natural fatty acids of coconut oil, which is vegan, plastic-free and biodegradable. The product range also includes gift sets for companies, medical practices and larger groups. Sales take place through the store at Keßlerstraße 18 in Bamberg and, since 2024, through the company's own online shop. The manufactory combines the original craft of soap making with modern formulations.
