Seitz Backrohstoffe is a company specialized in baking and bakery ingredients, based in Heiligkreuzsteinach in the Odenwald region. Its product range includes more than 500 raw materials from selected mills and baking agent manufacturers, including baking agents for bread and rolls, base and pre-mixes, complete mixes, flours and specialty flours, meals, flakes and seeds as well as raw materials for fine bakery products such as fillings, chocolate, marzipan, nougat, flavorings, butter, margarine and roll fondant. In addition, release agents, oils, baking paper as well as clean-label and organic products are offered. Upon request, the company produces custom baking agents tailored to customer requirements. For smaller quantities, Seitz operates an online shop (Mühlenladen mill store); larger quantities are delivered with its own fleet of vehicles. Customers come from the bakery and confectionery trade in the German-speaking region.
