SEKO Contact GmbH is a family-owned company based in Leinburg near Nuremberg, specialising in the development and manufacture of cable glands as well as cable and entry systems. Plastic components are produced on modern injection moulding machines, while metal glands made of brass CuZn39Pb3 (electroplated nickel-plated) and stainless steel are manufactured on automatic lathes. The product range includes plastic and brass glands, stainless steel glands, ATEX glands, quick-fix glands, trumpet glands, cable entries as well as cable entry plates and bars with matching accessories such as locknuts, reducers, expansions and grommets. The products with protection ratings up to IP68 and temperature ranges from approximately -30 °C to +100 °C are used in machinery and control engineering, plant and apparatus engineering, metrology and control technology, drive technology, wind power and solar energy technology, electrical installation as well as in mobile studio and lighting technology. Manufacturing is subject to strict quality standards; manufacturer declarations on RoHS II, REACH (SVHC) and TSCA confirm the substance conformity of the products.
