Quality assurance takes place in an in-house testing laboratory that is accredited as a CNAS laboratory and holds VDE TDAP, UL CTDP and ENEC stage2 CTF recognitions. The company is certified to ISO 9000 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment).

History

1. 1977–1978

   Founder Wanjiong Lin invents the automatic ship lift (DZK-15A); first prize for scientific and technical achievements.

2. 1993

   Wanjiong Lin founds SELF Electronics in Ningbo; first national company for infrared automatic induction luminaires, fully exported to Europe.

3. 2004

   Certification of the ISO-14000 environmental management system.

4. 2008

   Certification of the ISO-9000 quality management system.

5. 2009

   ISO-14001 certification according to sustainability report.

6. 2012

   Laboratory receives UL CTDP certification.

7. 2014
