About Sema Maschinenbau
Sema Maschinenbau GmbH is a medium-sized company founded in 1982, based in Dinkelscherben in Bavaria with around 60 employees. The company develops and manufactures automated systems for material flow and process technology in the core areas of conveying, packaging and palletizing technology as well as pallet testing systems. The portfolio includes roller conveyors, belt and chain conveyors, elevators, buffer systems and turntable stations as well as crate erecting machines, sleeve wrappers, wrap-around packers and high-performance palletizers with a throughput of up to 90 pallets per hour. In addition, special-purpose machinery, robot applications and turnkey solutions are implemented, including general planning of complete production lines with end-of-line concepts. The entire value chain – from project engineering through mechanical and electrical design to manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and service – is carried out in-house. On request, systems are also produced in stainless steel versions for wet areas, cold stores and hygienic environments. Customers come from the dairy, bakery and confectionery, food and beverage industries, pharmaceuticals, logistics as well as the cleaning products and chemical sectors.
