semper-plastic B. Pomian GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Roßtal near Fürth, specialising in the processing of semi-finished plastics such as acrylic glass (PMMA), polycarbonate, PVC, PE, PP and PS. Its manufacturing range includes 5-axis CNC machining of plastic sheets, even with complex geometries, contactless laser cutting and engraving, thermal forming and bending with bending machines and tempering ovens, as well as UV bonding of nearly invisible joints. Production runs from single parts and prototypes to small and series production, including custom-made products to customer specifications. The company supports projects from material and design consulting through to on-time shipping, and for many years has supplied customers in Switzerland in addition to Germany. Customers come from industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology as well as shopfitting and trade fair construction. The processes are certified to DIN ISO 9001.
