Mechanical engineering for material handling and lifting technology since 1952

SENNEBOGEN Maschinenfabrik GmbH, headquartered in Straubing, is a German mechanical engineering company that manufactures configurable material handling excavators, electric and battery-powered excavators, balancers, telehandlers, felling machines, demolition excavators, crawler cranes, telescopic cranes, cable excavators as well as port cranes and grapples. Production includes the manufacture of steel parts as well as welded and steel structure assemblies, particularly at the Hungarian sites of Balatonfüred and Litér, and is based on modular building-block systems that also enable customer-specific special machines. SENNEBOGEN machines are used worldwide, among other applications, in scrap yards and steelworks, in recycling and waste management, in wood handling, in ports, in demolition, in civil and special civil engineering, in raw material extraction as well as in hydraulic engineering and offshore applications. The company employs more than 2,200 people worldwide and generated a group revenue of over 600 million euros in 2022. With more than 180 sales partners and more than 300 service locations, SENNEBOGEN is globally present; production takes place at four plants in Straubing and Wackersdorf as well as at the Customer Service Center in Steinach.
