About Sensitec
Sensitec GmbH, headquartered in Wetzlar, develops and manufactures magnetoresistive sensors based on AMR, GMR and TMR technology. The portfolio includes angle and position sensors, current sensors with bandwidths of up to 2 MHz for high-switching-frequency inverter topologies with SiC and GaN components, magnetic linear scales as well as custom sensor chips. In addition, the company offers individual chip developments and µm-precise encoding of magnetic length standards (pole rings) using a specialized machine park. The sensors are used, among other applications, in the automotive industry (including valve lift measurement), in automation, machine tools, robotics, power electronics and in biosensing and molecular diagnostics, for example in the FungiFlex Mold Panel from Zepto Life Technology. In addition to its headquarters in Wetzlar, Sensitec operates a site in Mainz; both run on 100 % green electricity. The company is part of the Sinomags group.
