About Sensorise

Sensorise GmbH is an engineering and technology company from Bremen that integrates sensors directly into metallic fasteners. The product range includes S.Bolt XP, a force measurement system for large bolts from M24, as well as S.Ring HFS for force measurement at geotechnical anchor heads. Both solutions serve the permanent or manual monitoring of preload and anchor forces and dynamic loads without weakening the fastener. In addition, as an engineering office the company offers design calculations according to VDI 2230, strain gauge stress analysis, and the conception and operation of monitoring systems with digital evaluation. Applications can be found in mechanical engineering, bridge construction, plant engineering and geotechnics, for example on highly loaded machine foundations. Sensorise is a spin-off of the University of Bremen and builds on more than ten years of experience in sensor integration from research in the Excellence Cluster on sensorical materials (microsystems technology). The products are in use worldwide.
