SENSTRONIC is a French manufacturer of detection and control solutions founded in 1986, headquartered in Saverne (Alsace, near Strasbourg). The company develops and produces inductive, magnetic and capacitive proximity sensors as well as connectors, pre-assembled plugs, accessories and splitting systems for control systems and vehicles. In addition to a broad standard portfolio, SENSTRONIC offers customised products and solutions on request. The expertise of its teams covers electronics, mechanics and plastics processing. Customers include industries such as automotive, rail transport, handling/conveying technology, aerospace and agriculture. With over 400 employees, eight subsidiaries, two production plants (France and Hungary) and operations in more than 45 countries on five continents, the company generates revenue of over €50 million, about two thirds of which is earned abroad. In September 2025, the new headquarters in Monswiller was inaugurated.
