About SETREON
SETREON AG is an international engineering company headquartered at the Technopark Graubünden in Landquart (Switzerland), specializing in the development and manufacture of solutions for grid safety and industrial safety. The product portfolio includes lightning protection for overhead lines up to 72.5 kV (LLPD), the GROZA lightning performance software for overhead lines, online moisture monitoring and drying solutions for oil-insulated transformers (TRANSEC), the FIPRES system for electrical fire prevention and overheating monitoring, as well as surge and lightning monitoring devices (SLMD: SMA, SC250, SC25d, SMC, SLC). The monitoring devices are made of, among other materials, stainless steel and aluminum and are designed for outdoor use (e.g. IP67, self-powered without battery). Customers include power grid operators as well as companies from the transport, mining and recycling sectors. With a network of 77 distribution partners in 26 countries and branches in China and Indonesia, as well as the TRANSEC HQ in Haverhill (UK), SETREON supports international projects throughout the entire life cycle.
