About Seubert Feinkostmanufaktur
Seubert Feinkostmanufaktur is a long-established family manufactory serving upscale gastronomy, based in Gerchsheim on the border between Baden and Bavaria. The company produces more than 130 dishes in its permanent range – including meat dishes (veal, beef, poultry, guinea fowl), fish dishes (salmon, trout), vegetarian and vegan products as well as desserts and pastries. The products are delivered frozen and come with specific preparation recommendations, e.g. for combi steamers, convection ovens or ovens. In addition to its standard range, the manufactory develops customised product solutions for gastronomy and catering. Since summer 2019, the company has been producing in its own manufactory plant on the A 81, which is largely self-supplied with electricity thanks to a photovoltaic system. The company was founded in 1970.
