SEWA-Werkzeuge GmbH is an Austrian wholesale company for technical tools and hydraulics products for industrial and high-pressure hydraulics. The family business, founded in 1987 by Walter Sensendorfer and headquartered in Weiz (Styria), currently supplies more than 3,000 customers in Austria and Europe. The product range includes hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps, torque tools, impact fastening tools, hand tools, lifting equipment, workshop supplies, cutting tools, measuring tools as well as operating equipment and, according to the main catalogue, comprises over 540 pages. Special product segments include VDE-insulated electrician's tools, antistatic ESD tools in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1, spark-free tools made of copper-beryllium for explosion-hazardous areas, and stainless steel tools that are machined from one piece and autoclavable. The company sees itself as a specialised retailer with consultancy-intensive on-site support and long-standing partnerships with manufacturers such as Enerpac (authorised distributor base in Austria), Stahlwille, Momento and Juwel.
