About SFS-Fluidsysteme
SFS-Fluidsysteme GmbH is a Tyrolean family business founded in 1992, now in its second generation, specializing in custom pneumatic solutions. From its headquarters in Polling, the company develops and manufactures, with around 50 employees, cylinders, valves, pressure regulators and complex valve blocks – from prototypes through small to large series. Manufacturing includes CNC turning with counter-spindle and multi-spindle technology (including EMCO Hyperturn HT45G3, 24/7 automated continuous operation), robot-assisted automated CNC milling as well as 3D printing for prototypes. Materials are mainly brass (including lead-free alloys CW724R, CW510L), aluminum (EN AW 6026LF, 6082, 5083, 2033), stainless steel and plastics; customer-specific seals including tool manufacturing complete the portfolio. Customer industries include pneumatics, medical technology, research, food technology, chemical plant engineering and automotive engineering. With its sales company in Esslingen (DE), SFS supplies international customers; quality assurance is performed in accordance with ISO 9001 with customer-specific functional and leak testing.
