About aixPAD
aixPAD is the packaging brand of SH Werk GmbH, based in Eschweiler. The company develops and manufactures custom foam packaging aids: packaging inserts, tool inserts, shadowboards, case inserts, transport trays, presentation packaging, engineered packaging, spacer pads and packaging profiles. Production takes place entirely in-house at the 6,000 m² production center – from consulting and design through production to assembly. The machine fleet covers all common manufacturing processes, including CNC milling, splitting, cutting, cutting-out, die-cutting and kiss-cut production. PE and PUR packaging foams as well as composite foams made from recycled residual materials are processed regardless of density, hardness and surface texture. Customers come from the tool industry, the trades, mail-order retail, and the electronics, medical and cosmetics sectors. The company realizes standard solutions as well as custom and series production in small and medium lot sizes and is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. PUR material residues and sorted used packaging are 100% recycled and reused.
