SheBuildsSpace

About SheBuildsSpace

SheBuildsSpace is a German-language online platform with the goal of promoting women's careers in the aerospace industry. The initiative offers a job board with vacancies from companies such as Airbus, OHB, DLR, The Exploration Company and Isar Aerospace, mentoring and coaching offerings including an Executive Circle for women in leadership positions, as well as application know-how on CVs, interview questions and salary. In addition, events and conferences are aggregated. The platform is run on a voluntary basis by its founder Tejal Thakore, who works as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer at Airbus and is Co-Lead of the Women in Aerospace Munich Chapter. SheBuildsSpace has no manufacturing; its entry on Amplifa serves solely to present its network and service offerings.
