About SHK eG

SHK eG is a registered cooperative based in Bruchsal and ranks among the leading full-service cooperations in the German plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade. Founded in 1988 by independent trade business owners, it was the first cooperation of its kind in the industry. Today, around 1,000 member companies pool their interests in the areas of central purchasing, marketing, business administration, IT, further training and exchange of experience. The cooperative's goal is to promote the profitability and competitiveness of its members, while preserving their entrepreneurial freedom. Members participate as shareholders in the business policy, among other things through the annual shareholders' meeting and elected representatives on the supervisory bodies. For suppliers, SHK eG offers secured payment transactions as well as cooperative marketing activities; in addition, there is a framework agreement with ARAL and SHELL for fuel cards.
